The band holding the skirt was broken upon receiving and the skirt was loose in the bag. The jig I received did not have the eyes on the jig head; it was plain. The rattle also fell off almost immediately.I presented my concerns to Amazon customer care, and they immediately provided refund.

This is a decent jig, but the skirt is very bulky. If you're like me and you add a trailer to the jigs, you'll find this thing to be huge!
