I love everything about it except that it looked used. Maybe someone returned it. The metal on the bow wasn't covered and was scratched.

So I bought this because I loved the look of the bag. I use it mostly just to throw my essential makeup pieces in and keep it on top my vanity. I haven’t traveled with it yet but before writing this review I tried to zip it and would have had to take about half the makeup I had in there to get it closed . Super cute bag, not sure how great it is for anything else.
