Q: Can you attach a monopod or tripod to it? if so how?

Hi the stand has the standard lighting attachment spindle screwed into it it can be unscrewed and removed but whatever you fix to it would need to have the identical attachment fitted also the feet are not as wide apart as a normal tripod so too much weight or height would make it topple.
