PoplooksWomen's Comfy Fold Over Linen Pants

I am 5ft, 4in, 150 lbs and purchased a large which fit well. The odd part was the waist line which was a stretchy material that is found on yoga pants. The waist band simply didn't look good and probably would have worked if it was sewn on the actual waist line. It was sewn halfway down the rear end and gave the pants an strange look. Sort of like a sewing project gone bad.I thought the weight of the fabric was good and with a tan pair of underwear (not white), it would have been a great pair of summer pants.In general, good concept, poorly executed. And .. returned.

Where to start...???I gave three stars for:1. Length2. Color (even though it's not as depicted)3. Quality of material (more like a half star, but Amazon doesn't allow that, so I'm being pretty generous)I so badly wanted to love these pants. I purchased them in size Large/ white. For reference, I am JUST under 5'7" and weigh between 175-180lbs. First off, they aren't white. The elastic waistband is white, but the pants aren't, which would have been fine had the band been the same color. Oh, and the actual linen material ends just above your hips, so when the band is folded over, you're left with awkward linen hip-huggers. They definitely run a little big, which again, is fine with linen, but the "waist" is too loose. Totally not flattering and makes you look boxy. Plus, the pants are see through. However, they are comfortable and are a nice length. Also note that they are actually quite thick for linen. I personally liked that, but not at all what I was expecting.The inseam is for a super thin teenager without hips, but the waistband is almost a maternity-style. The overall fit is bizarre, which is the main reason I'm returning them. I could PROBABLY wear a medium, but it's really hard to judge what size you actually need because each section is sized so differently.

These pants are super soft and very long. My inseam is 36" and these were all the way to the ground. The problem is the waistband. It's too big/loose and it's poor quality jersey so there's no recovery in the stretch. That means after you wear them for a while the waist will stretch from regular wear and it won't go back. Until you wash them again. Also the waistband is set WAY too low. I mean I know I'm plus size but this goes to the middle of my backside, not even to my hips so there is no way to hold them up! I wore them once and thank heavens it was next door so I could go home and change. I was walking across the lawn to the house and the pants wouldn't even stay up that long! Now I'm not returning them bc length and soft level are difficult to find. I'm a seamstress so these will be easy for me to fix. However if you don't know how to do that then I can't recommend them to you. I wish I could. They area great pants, the waistband just sucks.

What I expected; they fit well, they're comfortable, a little bit see-through but not awful. The color is a little brighter than I'd like, but it's fairly close to what the photo shows. They're a little "fluffy" (you'll see in the photos), so if you're looking for something slimming, these probably won't be good for you. They're a good length (I'm short but have long legs for my height). I particularly like the waistband, which is a cotton knit panel. I hate low waists, so it allows me to wear the pants without worrying if my butt is hanging out, and it's more comfortable than a drawstring or button closure.I've added a few pictures because I like to know as much as I can about an item (especially pants) before I buy it, and hopefully these will help you.Pic 1: How I wear them, with waist rolled up.Pic 2: With waist rolled down. i like the pants but the belly control is really just maternity pants. if the pants were higher it would work. very odd.

The media could not be loaded.  Me gusta la forma del pantalón .. solo difiero un poco con el material del que está hecho esperaba algo más suave, yo uso mucho los linen pants y este es diferente además la tela y diseño de la cintura no me acaba de gustar .. pero le daré la oportunidad si veo que no me siento confortable al usarlo tendré que regresarlo porque por 39 dlls puedo conseguir algo mejor en tiendas locales

Looks really cute and would have fit perfectly had the elastic waistband not been totally stretched out. The pants barely stay around my waist and are really disappointing, especially because I bought another pair in mint and the elastic is fine on that one. Product flaw I guess. However both pairs of pants I purchased rub at the thighs and create balls of fabric (pile) after just one use (of wearing around the home and to the store) and get worse each time. I'm sure they will get holes in that area much sooner than a $25 pair of pants should. I was hoping these would be better quality than other brands because they cost more and had better reviews but I guess not. In short, they are very cute and comfortable, except the tan ones are always about to fall off and they wear out crazy fast between the thighs.

Short thing for me. You can use them like short pants but I expected kinda palazzo.

No me gustó,la tela es muy corriente ,no te dan ganas de volvertela a poner , pésima
