Always loved sweet potatoesñ
It isn't too sweet so you can do a lot with. If you like it sweeter, add some sweetener and a little butter.

Tastes like they used the parts of sweet potato usually thrown away with the peel
Very wet and watery tasting plus had lots of the stringy parts of the sweet potatoe that one usually removes with the peel and discards. I saw one reviewer uses this product for their homemade dog food and yeah, maybe, if their dog doesn't choke on that rough part? I also agree with the other reviewer that this is too mushy to call it "rice". Good concept, poor production.

Too much liqui.
Not very palatable as a side. Taste is ok. Product could be made with less fluid. It’s too moist to be called rice. Great idea though!

healthy choice low carb
Interesting alternative to regular rice if you are on diet. It tastes much better than I expected. Easy to cook- only takes 1-2mins to microwave. Recommend it to ppl who are on diet but still would like to have some some carbs.

Awful
I love sweet potatoes, and I’m not a picky eater at all. But these are truly awful. It’s hard to describe but they just have little to no taste, yet taste terrible at the same time. I tried seasoning to no avail. I won’t even give these to the poor people at the food bank. Save your money!

sweet potato rice
This is the perfect additive to our homemade dog food. We cook ground turkey but want to give him some veggies too so this adds in nicely and he eats every bite.
