It’s just lip gloss. Has absolutely NO plumping or fuller lip effects what so ever. Waste of $$ wish I had read some reviews about this plain $20 lip gloss

Does not plump at all!Missed the return window as I was waiting on a response if they wanted this mailed back since I could obviously not be resold

I guess it's oil. That seems to have gone rancid. Tastes and smells horrible! Doesn't plump lips at all.
