WAY too strong!
I had thought I was ordering Sun Q soft dried ginger, which I really like and therefore ordered six,but this turned out to be a different brand, that is way too strong and I was disappointed they won't take it back, because it's like eating ther ginger root raw. Unless you like raw ginger root, I would suggest you look elsewhere.
