Haven't used yet, but bought for sons party. He loves ninja turtles and he thought these were awesome!

Surprising Quality!
This set was bought out of necessity, because local party stores didn’t carry TMNT, but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality!The masks were a hit and the decor was cute! The only con is that the turtle-shaped balloon didn’t hold enough helium to actually float. But overall, worth the money!

I got everything in the picture. Everything is brand new still in package. I highly recommend. I don’t usually leave reviews. But I was glad to find a decent price for the teenage mutant ninja turtles party package. And it looks great.
