It's a really great looking bookcase. Granted it took a little longer than we expected to get to us but it was worth the wait. The color is true to the description and it matches the rest of our furniture. It fits perfect in the corner of our living room.Also the wood (compressed) is quite thick and it was quite simple to put together once I figured out what the manual said. That being said, there are no words on the manual except for the instructions about the glue. So it took me and be dad a little while to figure out which part went where. So before you start make sure you understand what the manual says.But all in all its a great bookshelf and I'm really happy about the purchase.

Good price for the piece. Easy to assemble. Comes with stickers to hide assemble holes but I find the holes are so tiny they’re not needed. Looks great.

This bookshelf was easy to assemble and all parts were included. We were able to fully assemble it in less than 15 minutes. It feels and looks well made. It's not solid real wood, but it has the look and feel of a solid wood bookcase. It looks great in our family room. We have put books and pictures and other small decorations on it. We receive many compliments and it really adds to the room. We were thinking about buying a bookshelf that cost a little less to save some money but we're so glad we spent the money to get this one. It really is very nice, sturdy, and durable. You can tell it was well made and the company put thought and care into it. It's a wonderful dark wood color.

Exactly as advertised. Very accurate dimensions. Looks nice. The only catch is the density of the materials is very light so be careful putting your palm in the middle of the big sections while you do the screws or you could crack it or dent it. This is probably to save weight during shipping. Once assembled it is very sturdy, but it is not solid wood nor did I think it was so I did not detract from that. I wanted something that fit in a corner and was easy to assemble and with shipped to my home and it did all of those things. Good price.

I purchased this bookcase to go in the corner of my mom’s small apartment in the nursing home. It is a perfect size. My husband said it went together easy and it is very sturdy. I put both books and pictures on the shelve and mom loves it. Also the dark brown color went perfect with other furniture I purchased.

Different! Is off center and really looks nice. Bought this for my mom, she needed a shelf for all her great grandkids pictures. It looks good and she is very pleased. Good value and very well put together. Easy to put together, took us maybe a half hour. Comes with wood glue for dowels.

One of the quality piece of furniture I ordered online. Everything fits perfectly, build quality is great. Packaging was excellent, all corners of the package was reinforced, rarely do I ever receive anything this well packaged. They even include wood glue as part of the installation tools/hardware. I don't think I've ever seen any manufacture that included wood glue with their items. Great looking piece and feels very solid. Cheaper and better quality than another piece of furniture that I bought on Amazon.

Holy Moses.. Was this previously a whiskey shelf? It looks like a drunk punched it leaving a 5x5in crunch in the chocolate side. Also, I have discovered the amazing malleableness of plywood, as the top corner of this shelf seems to have impressively folded over on itself, differentiating it from the classic, 90 degree angle the most fashionable top corners have-- but I really shouldn't be so harsh on the little shelf. I have no idea what its been through. When it arrived, the cardboard exterior was hanging on for dear life thanks to three large plastic bread ties and the existing holes bled a thousand remnants of crunchy styrofoam on any unsuspecting carpet. Opening the box was like experiencing life inside a snow-globe for 5 seconds, before everything settled on every man, woman and child present. The good thing is it doesn't take long to assemble. I put the shelf together in HALF the time it took to pick up all the microscopic foam crumbs, which were supercharged with static electricity, resulting in three "pinching" attempts PER crumb before successful ascension. Yes, I bought this shelf instead of a vacuum because this shelf sucks more. Add office personnel walking through like a fire drill and me apologizing for the literal Jamestown in shelf parts they had to step over and you have my afternoon. I hope you're proud of yourshelf.
