to my surprise today I received the smaller collar with Cookie Crumblez name and phone # engraved. I know believe the check for $3.12 was the difference between the bigger collar and smaller one. I do apologize to Outdoor Supply. I just found it hard to believe a company could do something so wrong to a customer. I have bought many collars through Outdoor Dog Supply, they are absolutely great collars. The reflective band is great at night and very visible.Definitely recommend. I have never had one wear out and my dogs are in the fields hunting many months in the year.

Love these collars. Tough, long lasting, and I can find my pointer hounds as they run through the country at night due to the reflection. Also the customizable name plates are a great feature.

Highly recommend. Our dogs kept losing the plastic and metal ID tags, but not with this collar. Great product. Everything was as per the listing. Almost everyone I know with hunting dogs runs these collars.
