Are these sizes based on Asian sizing?

On the size chart it has xxl but on the options to purchase it only has an xl. if i have a bust 42in waist 36in and hips 46in would it stretch enough?

My bust size is 30-32A, I weigh 80-90lbs & my height is 5”2. So what size is best for me?
