Love this Food & Self Love Journal like having a best friend!
Food & Self Love Journal. Opening the book it's like getting a ray of sunshine or a hug from a best friend with a warm welcome from Kiki. I love her guidelines and directions in the chart it's really helpful and I'm bouncing back from a bad day that left me so bloated from eating foods that weren't terribly unhealthy but left me feeling awful. I may have overdone it on supplements so I'm really excited to start fresh today with my journal, tips, direction and feels like loving energy from what feels like a best friend! I really love this book! It's great to lose weight but it's far better to feel happier about your food choices, love yourself and your body!

Have used alot of journals in my life, I like this, large spaces to write in. Very positive.

Not What I Expected
I was really excited to buy this. Unfortunately, it is more of a repeating template for every day. It is not what I had hoped for. The pages repeat over and over and the instructions are not very clear. I was unsure of what I should write for the wakeup and bedtime lines (was it for that day or the previous night?) and I was not enjoying the way I was prompted. I was hoping for more guidance and tips. I wish I returned this in time because I feel as if I completely wasted my money here. Don't recommend this if you're looking for something more interactive with guidance.

Its pretty basic and bland.
The book is an intro, and 1 basic simple page repeated over and over til the end with a final page. Its pretty basic. Super basic. Too basic. Not for me.

Don't bother buying
Near blank cheap book. Very little guidance a blank journal is just as useful. No prompts or guidance.
