Stopped working altogether
I've had this box for a year, used it about 4 times. The last time I used it I had just kept it unlocked so I could get in and out easily. When I had a lull in customers I decided to lock it. It never came open again, it wouldn't recognise the combination. I had to break it open just to give people change, very annoying. Now the combination doesn't work, I can't reset it so it's completely useless since I can't even latch it shut. Pretty disappointed
