Number one gripe is that the charging number % is upside down when your charging your phoneNumber two - i wouldn’t say the build quality is premium or ergonomicGood value - used on multiple holidays to charge multiple devices simultaneously easily.Not heavy - but not light - I would not want to carry it on my person in a pocket - definitely one for the man bag /festival bag etcGood voltage for charging iPad Pro and battery charhing time and capacity both acceptableUsb Cable connections charge faster than Qi pad on the phone but it’s more convenientUsed it for work - trains planes and holidays hasn’t disappointed yet.Would recommend

I hadn’t really even thought about getting one of these before, but so glad I did. Took me a little while to sort out how it works, but I’m really pleased with it. Compact, slender, easy to use, fits in a pocket, handbag, so you can take it with you anywhere, secure in the knowledge you have back up to hand. Really pleased with it.

Overall, the power bank does what is says on the tin.USB-C charging of the power bank & using the same USB-C to charge devices is really good & greatly improved on previous USB A/B port charging.Only issue I've seen is wireless charging. Using a Samsung S10, fast wireless charging works great. However, it's not compatible with a Samsung S20 which I find annoying. It charges normally over wireless but the phone says fast wireless charging is not supported.

keeps switching itself off 2 minutes after plugging it in to charge only had it 10 months. Bought another that did exactly the same even though it was brand new .Contacted suppliers who ignored my email. I would avoid this item if I were you.

Charges fast and I can let my friends charge their wireless charging compatible phones with it! It is lightweight and has a large capacity, it provides me with more than 2 charge cycles!

Sorry but not happy. Bought this to take on a stay cation up to Scotland.It arrived the day before we left which I was happy about. Unfortunately the unit will not get to fully charged and will only reach 85%.I will have to take it on Holiday but will be returning it as soon as I get back. Also the unit arrived scratched which usually I wouldn't bother about but its just another thing that disappointed me about this product. I will not be asking for a replacement.
