Not bad but should be cheaper
They're decent shorts. I like the fact that they're stretch waist and lightweight. The quality isn't bad especially because they have rivets in places but as my picture shows the quality control is sub-par. The double belt loops that are supposed to be directly above your buttcrack are about 1.5" offset to the left on one pair.

When you get hot, they stay cool!
I read a bunch of reviews that almost turned me away from these shorts. But after wearing them for two weeks off and on I have no issues. The seams are holding up well so far. The front pockets are a little shallow yes, but I haven't lost anything out of the pockets. Buy these shorts if you want light weight low maintenance, cool and like swim trunk material, but just a little heavier material than swimming trunks.
