This patch needs to be applied by your other half as it is shaped to fit along the spine. I have back pain that comes and goes, but can flare up quite badly and normal paracetamol doesn't really do it. So I read up about this patch and infra red lights had worked for me in the past so I thought I'd give it a try. I read that it didn't work for the guy with sciatica and mine isn't like that ie not trapped nerve but more strained muscle. After it was applied I waited and went about my day's business. After a couple of hours I suddenly realised that the pain had gone and I was going about my day as usual - I just didn't feel the pain go. It's been on the whole weekend, the patch is still there despite showering, and the pain is virtually gone. I would recommend this product to anyone with back pain like mine or who has seen infra red work for them. One thing to add is I didn't feel much heat?

I frequently have a sore neck, lower back and wrist from long periods of work and poor posture. The patches are great at reducing the pain and last for a couple days, which is all I need. I find it works particularly well on my wrist. I keep it on for two days. It allows me to keep using my mouse and takes the pain away. I would highly recommend it

Although I have no idea about the science behind them these do help 9and are worth trying. After 5 days they can irritate the skin a little, but stay on well even in the shower

I have had back issues for a few years and had steroid injections in L4/L5, SI & Hip joints. Last 1 was 2 Yrs ago. I regularly get back ache with referral down both legs.I got a sample patch and then bought these. They definitely help and stay in place for 4 to 5 days. The back ache has died down and the referral pain significantly improved. I will use them in conjunction with my exercise regime.

I found this product to be vey easy to use and helps with the pain straight away, definitely buy them again

Was rubbish bought for back pain to say can stay on 5 days is a joke didnt last one day!
