I work as an emt this product is great. snaps and Velcro keep the holster on your pants all shift no problem. Trauma sheers and all other products work great. Knife is nice and very sharp out of box. I took .5 stars off because the top pouch for the forceps and trauma sheers seems to be stretching a bit and the forceps slide out from time to time. And another .5 stars for the tourniquet while sitting and getting out of the ambulance it catches grip on the cloth seats and rolls off I have now lost it because of this. Other than that great product overall 8/10 would buy again.

Although a bit too "Ricky Rescue" for my taste, this unit comes with a nice collection of needed instruments at a great price. EMS folks can always use a good set of shears - and these fit the bill, the penlight works just fine as well. The other items stay in my bag if needed - but they seem to be a good quality and useful at times. I don't think that a beginning student or medic could go wrong with a set of tools for this price. The holster is of good quality as well. It seems well made and very sturdy.

This has gotten some use, luckily I haven't had the need to cut a jersey off yet. The only thing is that the tourniquet fell off the holster while I was running onto the field, probably should just put that in your bag if you have one, or strap it on a bit tighter. It was on the smaller side anyway.Nice material and it holds onto my belt strap strong.

For a basic EMT tool kit, this is excellent. The holster is solid, and the tools are good quality. Yes, you can spend a lot more, but the ready made kits all have the same basic tools. Amazon carries this kit for less than most other sites, and for the money, this one comes out the best value. One feature that I liked was that the holster has room to hold a few other tools besides the ones that come with it, allowing a degree of customization that some of the smaller kits don't have. Overall, I'm really happy with it. My wife uses it in her EMT class, and she says it does an excellent job.

I bought two of these for my medical kits, one in the car and one under my desk at work. Not high tech, but good, solid, rugged items that helped complete my kits. Would consider buying again if I need to prepare more kits.

This kit is great, but I give it four stars because of the knife and flashlight. I replaced them with a couple I had already, so it was no big deal, but it might be something to consider if you're picky about things like this. As for the shears, tourniquet, and forceps, they are great quality, and so is the holster it's all in!

Good kid to throw in your BLS bag. Light is disposable and the The trauma scissors are good to have on hand, but definitely won't replace a nice set of shears. All in all, a good buy.
