when I opened it top of portfolio edge is splitting an a chunk of plastic is missing on top where it's splitting on both sides at top, see attached photos

The pages in this product do not close or lie flat, because of the manner in which the pockets have been attached. I will probably keep it for some recipe cut-outs to avoid the faff or returning something relatively low value, but not use it for the purpose I bought it - protecting and displaying art sketches.

I would give a 5 star review as I bought one before and it was just what I was looking for, strong so the folders don’t come lose, clear so you can see everything properly, great value for money and holds everything I need. I had to lower the stars as I bought a second one and it arrived broken with a chunk of plastic snapped, it was still use able but the fact I bought something broken I couldn’t leave a 5 star.

According to the delivery note this item was handed to the resident; it was not. Therefore I cannot review the product until I find where it has gone to. Found it delivered to another address. I've upped the rating from 1 to 3 stars. The covers are nor rigid but the inserts are a decent size for displaying art work.
