I am so disappointed in this product.This flag pole was easy to put together and looks very nice but after flying on our front porch for less than a month has fallen apart. The joints which hold the pole together are too short and while the flag blows in the wind it has elongated the holes and the pole is no longer able to hold the flag.

It's way to flimsy, it broke in half, don't waist your money.Update to my previous review. I received another one from the supplier free of charge, and also received a credit for the purchase. WOW, what customer service! They thought I must have received a defective one, well they were right. I installed the replacement flag pole, the very next day we had winds from 15-20 mph, the pole did great! So I did receive a defective one, I guess every now and then it happens. So if you are in need of a tangle free flag, buy this product, I am sure you will like it. I just updated the stars rating to 5 stars, great product, and especially customer service!

Great item very sturdy and definitely holds the flag.

This flag pole and holder were as described.One issue is the poles will unscrew fromone another over time. I put locktight on the threads of the bolts in the pole and it held after that.

This metal aluminum’s flag pole kit met all of my needs. I purchased two of them for the house and they fit perfectly mounted on the front door and back patio. This the third flag pole I have purchased from Amazon what poor quality. First the hooks that are attached the pool that attach to the flag no longer lock in place. Second the ring that is attached to the pole will not grip the pole. Only the top screws on securely, while bottom ring slides up or down. Not sure who your supplier is but you might consider finding another one. As stated before this the third flag pole I have purchased, shame on me for rigging a work around and not complaining. With the other poles the rings that slide to prevent the flag from rapping around the pole get stuck and don’t slide hence resulting the flag wrapping around the pole. Also the hoops broke after a week which I replaced with zip locks. Poor quality.The manufacturer has since reached out to me to replace the flag pool. I have since moved on. They will fully replace or reimburse their product I declined the offer.

Really cool design. Looks great. Easy install. Sadly we just had our first windy weekend and thing got trashed. Although it does spin around it wasn’t enough to stop the wind. Broke the bottom section. Just wasn’t strong enough.*****Update!! They actually emailed me and said they stand behind their product. They sent a me a new one no questions asked. Five stars. They can’t control the weather but they can back their stuff and that’s rare these days. Greta company

I bought these because my other two poles and flags had been stolen.I liked that these had the bearings in the poles so I could bolt them to the bases with 2 bolts each to help deter theft.I drilled the holes that I needed, assembled the pole, put them in the back of my pickup truck and when I went to take them out of the back of my truck all but 1 of the plastic threaded inserts had broken.It was an 8-mile ride in the back of my truck.So, in theory it is a good idea, however the quality of them isn't there.If they broke in the back of my truck, I wonder what would happen if I was actually able to put them up.My old poles and flags have been up for over 20 years.They are 1-piece poles, much heavier than these but the bearings are in the bases, so I can really bolt them in.I will just get really nice swivels for the flags, a new set of poles and bolt those into the bases and know that they will at least not break.Going to get a refund and call it a day.
