I'm so disappointed with this purchase
It's completely useless to me since the drawer runners are not even and it's impossible to open the last 2 drawers. I'm sorry I waited so long to open it and now can not return it. It was quite expensive and I was ok with that thinking it would be a great quality piece to match the other ACME Cargo items I purchased for my son's room.

Disappointed
Same situation as other reviews. The drawer runners do not work and the item is useless. I have been calling the company since January, hopeful for a positive response, but getting the run around about replacement parts. Do not recommend this product.

draw runners are crap
Draws once installed were all crooked and wonky. The drawer runners literally are falling apart.. it now just sits in my office broken. I'm going to have to reinstall all new draw runners to make it working. HORRIBLE parts!

Junk and poor support
Drawers collapsed on each other and customer support did nothing and basically told me to buy a new one.
