I have use just about every kind of leather cleaner and conditioner for my saddles, bridles, halters and boots for the last 30 years. I’ve purchased the high-end, imported German products and some work well but they are a two-step process. you need to buy the cleaner and then the conditioner and separate tags or sponges. This Product is amazing! One step cleans and conditions and revitalizes leather and puts a shine on everything. Makes the bridles so much softer. The fact that it cleans and moisturizes will make all of my expensive tack last longer. I have a black dressage saddle and it doesn’t fade the color like some other tack cleaners.Regarding the comment by a person who thought it was too messy because it got into the grooves – all you have to do is take a rag and run your finger nail along the groove in the leather to remove the excess. It’s not a problem. It is important to keep the seams of a leather item conditioned because that’s where it’s going to tear or deteriorate if you don’t. And this product reaches it if you put enough on the rag. Not rocket science 😀

I love this for quick tack cleanings. I've also used it to wipe down the leather seats in my car to good effect. For my tack and boots, I supplement with a more-heavy duty conditioner afterwards every few cleans as I live in an arid climate and this isn't quite strong enough as a conditioner/balm on its own. However, the ease of use -- without making my hands too nasty, too dried out, or smell funny -- makes this indispensable for daily/weekly cleaning.

I don't leave alot of reviews but this product is amazing. Our horse recently passed away and I brought home our daughter's sorely neglected saddle boots and half chaps. All looked like trash but I tried this product as a last resort. Everything looks like new. The leather is like butter again. The product cleans and conditions in one step. It is like whipped cream and has no bad smell. A little goes a long away. Buy it!!

Works for mold, sweat and dirt but for layers of caked on mud, the spray on stuff works better, then I follow up with this to get every last spec of dirt. Also, in cold weather this laces a waxy white build up on black leather so don't apply it with too heavy of a hand.

I use this product on my saddles, bridles, boots, etc. keeps everything soft and clean. Can leave a white film if you use too much, but that wipes off.

I have a bridle which hadn’t been cleaned in hanging in a closet. It was coated with built up sweat and dirt. I bought this product to see if it could restore it. After one application, it looks a hundred percent better! I plan to apply another treatment to help especially dry areas, but I am happy with the results so far. I highly recommend this leather cleaner! Not only will you be pleased with how easy it is to use, but the price was very reasonable.

This product does what it promises -- it cleans and conditions leather in one step. My riding tack gets really dirty and grimy, including boots. I apply One Step with my hands (I think it is also good for my skin) and then rub the dirt off with a damp cloth. Then I wipe off excess product, and I am left with leather that looks and feels supple. I recommend this stuff!
