Peaceful sleep at last!
These are such a game changer. I wish they had these during my 20s and 30s because I have never been able to sleep well during my period because it’s always in the back of my mind that I’m gonna leak and ruin my sheets, which has happened many times over the course of three decades. Do they look like a diaper? Absolutely. I do not allow my husband to ever see me wearing these. I feel like that chapter of our lives where I wear an actual diaper is right around the corner, so no need to traumatize him now. They are comfortable, they don’t itch or bunch and I don’t have to worry about getting up in the middle of the night to check for leakage. I am at an age in life where I appreciate the finer things…like ultra luxurious sheets. Which are very expensive. So more than anything these give me great peace of mind and a restful night sleep during the worst week of the month.

The best period underwear
I ordered L/XL (I’m 5’10, 145 lbs, size 16/18) and they fit really well. One of the thighs was a little tighter but that’s probably me. These are amazing, really comfortable, I can wear them to work and don’t have to worry if i am leaving stains on my chair. They are great for overnight as I was able to sleep all night without constantly worrying about leaks. The material is sturdy, I never felt like they were going to rip. I tried a different brand recently that wasn’t as good so I just ordered these again. Shipping the first time was a nightmare which is why I ordered something different. But that is Amazon’s fault (they were 5 minutes from my house, gave them to usps which took them to Newport Beach, then Anaheim, then Highland before delivering to me a week later 🤦🏻♀️)

These are a great non-toxic option for pregnancy/postpartum care
I purchased these disposable underwear during my third trimester of pregnancy for use in labor and postpartum. They were very comfortable. Very absorbent when my water broke and did not leak. They have a nice high waisted fit for comfort postpartum and would work nicely for a c-section scar. They’re thick but not too hot/sweaty. I love that they are organic and don’t contain harsh chemicals so I can feel good about wearing them. A little pricy but very worth the splurge in my opinion.

L/XL fits size 12
I bought these for wearing during postpartum recovery with my second child. I'm pretty consistently a size 12 or L (even during pregnancy), so I wasn't sure what size to get since the S/M supposedly go to size 14. I knew from my first pregnancy that I would have swelling, and I read some reviews that mentioned the leg holes were tight on S/M, so I ended up with the L/XL and they fit perfectly. They hold in my ice pack without sliding down, fit under my (looser) clothes, and absorb really well. Happy I chose the L/XL.

C section post parting
Made me comfortable post partum c section! These were much better than the mesh underwear and pads I used on my last c section . My only cons are the price and that I don’t want to wear the same underwear all day . Just like you wouldn’t keep the same pad on all day. That could cause issues .

Great investment....
Bought these for my daughter that's 10....Great for young girls for 1st time period..no leakes no messy changing & very comfortable, especially when in school, changing can be a challenge with a young girl in school having to deal with sticky strips & aligning a pad on a certain way in a school bathroom stall... way too much for a lil girl ...great investment i promise you...I wish they had these when I was a lil girl...

The best disposable period undies!
I bought these before a bisalp procedure because I had heard you could bleed after and you’re not allowed to use anything internally like tampons or a cup. I have been a religious cup user for about 6 years now but I had a feeling that pulling on my cup to remove it was contributing a lot to my cramping during my cycle. Not only did these work great for post-surgery and are easy to remove without having to bend over due to the tearing feature, but they’re working great for my period now too. Even on my heaviest day, these undies absorbed everything and I had no leaks. For context, on my heaviest day, I will fill up a normal size cup in about 4-6 hours (or a super plus tampon in about 3-4 hours). I haven’t used pads since middle school and I always hated that feeling of sitting in your own blood. I don’t get that feeling with these at all. It is taking some time for me to stop clenching every time I feel myself bleeding, after a lifetime of that meaning my cup/tampon is leaking haha, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised that these undies are comfy, absorbent, and I feel confident that I won’t have a big old spot of blood on my butt walking around. I also am happy to say that my cramping has decreased dramatically now that I’m not pulling anything out while I’m sensitive. I’ve been totally converted to period undies and will be looking for a reusable solution now. But these were a great stepping stone and I would absolutely recommend them!!
