These are great for the much needed cracking of my back! There is a bit of discomfort if you roll incorrectly, but the relief from getting my back to crack far outweighs that. The pictures show that a bag and yoga strap are included - my package only additionally included the bag, no yoga strap - so that's why it loses a star for false advertising.

I'm 205 lbs. Used for back issues to Crack and roll back. Use about once a day for 5 secs at a time. I've had less than a year when it cracks in half while cracking my back. Not as strong as they claim...

Great product! I deducted a star because no yoga strap was included, as advertised. Otherwise, I’m perfectly happy with the purchase.
