My daughter and I went on an adventure to Six Flags St. Louis. When we got on the Superman ride I had the bright idea to take a photo from the top. After I took it I put my phone under my leg (not knowing there were holes in the seat) and waited for the drop. When we got to the bottom we noticed a phone case on the ground that looked alot like mine and then realized my phone was no longer under my leg. So we looked around the ride for my phone expecting it to be completely shattered after a 230 ft freefall. One of the guys running the ride picked it up off the ground and said "it's right here, not even a scratch!" And sure enough... It didn't even turn off and the picture I had just took from the top was still on the screen! I do still have to buy a new one since the back of the case is on the roof at the base of the ride, but there isn't a doubt in my mind about reordering this Poetic case. For as long as they have cases that fit my phone, these are the only ones I will be buying!

I don't write a lot of reviews, but I had to for this case. The active phones are already a bit bulky so I expected this case to feel horrible. Buuuut, it's AMAZING! The screen cover on front is not at all noticeable. This also doesnt interfere with any of the edges of the screen whereas a lot of cases do. *BONUS* it has tiny, unnoticeable rubber like pieces in each corner of the back so it'll stay put. I was expecting some dissatisfaction for the low price, but I was wrong. I've paid 4x as much and gotten garbage, but this has to be one of my favorite purchases thus far!!

The case is pretty on par with an otterbox or even better! It's a bit bulky, but what can you expect if you want your phone to be protected?.. I like how a screen protector comes attached to the case albeit with that, typing and scrolling on the internet makes it a bit more sensitive so it sometimes selects things you didn't intend to. The case is pretty snazzy looking yet very simple and is mostly hard plastic, not soft. The headphones and charging flaps are slightly loose but they stay down for the most part. Honesty I was a little hesitant at first to purchase this since it's fairly cheap. I didn't know if I was going to get some flimsy case that would barely protect my phone but it's actually extremely nice! The case fits perfectly, protects great, the button areas are lined up and fit well. Just what I was looking for without breaking the bank, I love it.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Active Case is not dust proof or waterproof. The phone itself is waterproof but if you're looking to keep your mind at ease this is not the case. There are two openings on the front screen protector, one around the buttons and the other around the very top portion near speaker, camera, and light sensor. The covers that go over the headphone jack and charging port come open. Don't get me wrong, if you're looking for something to give a little more umph on drop protection this might be it, but I personally worry bout the protection on the front glass.

Just remember you get what you pay for, and when the price is cheap the product is cheap. Rubber will not stay around top edge of plastic. The covers over the head port jack and the charger plug in do not stay in place. Very cheaply made, do not waste your money! Spend a little more and get a better one.

Outer case did not fit my grandsons new Galaxy S7 Active that he received for Christmas. Falsely stated it would work with that phone. Very disappointed. Inside rubber case did fit but does not allow the phone to be as well protected as if both cases were used.

This case is really good has saved my phone a couple times already. It's no exactly waterproof but if you're looking for something super durable that will protect your phone from drops and most phone cracking situations related to impact on your screen this is a nice buy. The back part of the case feels really good and smooth. Worth it if you just got a new galaxy s7 active and are looking to get your full money out of your phone.

The exterior casing is more than satisfactory, however, the attached plastic screen is below par. In two days usage, scratches were appearing. That lack of durability is unacceptable. Returned the product.
