I use this in a large open upstairs area as needed. It cools the area down quickly and so far has worked without any issues.None of these AC units are quiet. They put out a decent amount of sound ao if you are a light sleeper, you will want to weigh the pros and cons of having it in your bedroom.The unit looks great and arrived on time and while the box was a little dinged up, the unit was not damaged.This unit has saved me from burning up over the past few months. I will probably use it throughout the winter because I love the cold.It is worth the cost for me.

Air conditioner is pretty good but very expensive for the amount of room that It can cool down it works very well however it only works in a small space. It is a nightmare to install because the piece that goes in the window does not fit a normal window it is either too small or too big the part that you use to adjust it to the window only adjusts into a window over the normal size and if you take that adjustment piece off and then it is too small to fit in the window.

No idea why it stopped working all of a sudden. Everything is clean and looks okay; it's just not cooling, It's really not worth the money even after they reduced the price.

Controlling this unit using an app on my phone is an excellent option - I can start the A/C on my way home from work, adjusting temp, fan speed, mode, etc. Installation was easy, except for cryptic instructions on how to hook up to WiFi. (Hint: holding the FAN button for 3 seconds is the "Reset button").Using this to cool about 250 sq ft bedroom / sitting room. Certainly has enough cooling power for my needs. Now I can turn down (or even turn off) the house's air conditioner which used to run day and night without cooling the upstairs very well. The noise level is as expected, but certainly is not too loud.Shipping took 3 more days than the 20 days originally estimated for free UPS Ground service. Wait time was excessive and they would receive 2 stars (if this category existed) because of the delays and since the packaging was very banged up when we received it. The unit itself came through unharmed. I would recommend this unit.

I love this air conditioner. The app feature is great. If I'm away and want to check on my pets, I can see what the temp is in the room from my phone and turn on the AC unit when needed. This isn't a silent AC unit, but it's not too loud either. I use this in my guest bedroom and it works wonderfully.

Bought this in 2021, used it for 2 summers and it worked pretty decently. App control is nice, the design is sleek and it cooled quite well.Fast forward to now, I set it up this summer for my bedroom and it just does not cool anymore. Given I only use this in summer at night, it should be completely fine. Additionally, the thermostat is almost always wrong on what the room temp is.Great product if you only plan to use it for a few years, bad product if you want something for hundreds that works for many years.

Requiere lo aterrices; Tuve que comprar un regulador de 2000W (con 7 minutos); inmediatamente lo manda a falla y dado los 7 minutos que tiene de ajuste, se recupera ( es decir que jala mucho voltaje al iniciar el compresor)... Sï enfría un cuarto pequeño (la especificación lo dice) ; cuenta tanto con control remoto , como lo puedes manejar desde el celular

Fantastic product!!! Would give 10 stars if I could! It cools everything off in such a short amount of time, doesn’t take up too much space or too much electricity, and is not too bad on the noise front either! In fact, unless we’re making it work every extra hard on those really hot days, we don’t hear it—AT ALL! So yes, it CAN get noisy when it’s 38 degrees Celsius outside and it’s bringing it down to 23 in the whole house, but otherwise it’s pretty quiet.For us it cools our entire two floors—but keep in mind we live in an open concept, 1150 SQ FT 2 storey loft so that makes a difference.The remote works great! No trouble there. My partner uses it more than me and he’s really happy with it.For a portable AC, we find it cools MORE than other alternatives. We did go with the more expensive option ($800) and don’t regret it.You DO get what you pay for!! Would not recommend a cheaper alternative, personally.

I'm realy pleased with this unit. It wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Its heavy and awkward to transport & unbox but super easy to set up with no assembly other than than the window exhaust installation. It worked well right from the first push of yhe on button. I haven't tried the phone e- connection so I can't comment on that. But it nicely cools my large living/dining/hall in 80-90F weather. I also like the fan only air filter option. Its a bit noisy on high fan but not annoyingly so. The remote is a nice extra.

Great air conditioner. Very powerful but can be changed to lower settings. My only complaint is that at night it sounds quite loud. Overall, it's a good machine and cools the room down to the temperature I like.
