Q: Does it include the preformed tubing that attaches to the smaller nozzle used for pressure regulator?

No, there is no additional tubing or connectors that came with the filter. One end of the Fuel Filter has one inner tubing(from tank to the filter) and the other end has two tubes one for the Fuel Pressure Regulator respectively and one for the fuel itself that goes to the Fuel Rail.

Q: Can anyone comment on their long term use with the product?

This is a maintenance item where you should replace it every 30k plus miles. There is no long-term use in fuel filter. It is same as oil, when time to change it, just change it.

Q: Is this a good product or junk?

Robert - my 2001 325i was a daily driver with 211k miles on it when I sold it. This fuel filter was a direct replacement and was just as good as the one I removed. It worked fine and didn’t give me a moments trouble in the 5k miles it was on the car before I sold it. I wouldn’t be afraid of it. No leaks, etc. Hope this helps!
