Great substitute for East Frisian tea
I don't have the proper rock sugar for East Frisian tea in my area, but I thought that this would make a good substitute. You put the sugar in the cup, pour in the tea and drizzle heavy cream to form a cloud, but you don't stir. It's savory until you get to the bottom of the cup where you can taste the sugar that has melted from the rock. It's really good.
