took clip out of plastic wrapping and it IMMEDIATELY snapped and broke in two after trying it out for the FIRST time. I want a refund

These are a good size - a lot of the large claw clips are over 4” ; these are 3.7” and good for my length hair (shoulder length/ curly )

Tight hold
The colors are all really cute and surprisingly tight hold. I have medium thick hair, but a lot of it and it holds a right grasp. I only doing things around the house so far.
