This stuff is amazing!!!
Works great and has been a few months since I applied it, but it holds up. Great product!!!!

Pretty messy
I used this for sealing driveway cracks. It's best to get ahead and treat the cracks when they are very small. If the crack is 1/8" or more the process does not work well and a can only spreads for 3'. Too early to tell how well/long it sticks but I think I would recommend it for small asphalt cracks. Wear gloves as the spray nozzle is not very user friendly for this type of product.

Quick and simple way to seal flat roof water leaks
Quick way to seal flat roof issues. Needs to have a dry clean surface for best results. Will find out how resilient it is after a few months of UV exposure.
