Watch is good but the tool is useless. Broke off on the first pin and got stuck in the link. Took ages to get it back out. I would recommend either buying a separate better quality link pin removal tool or taking watch to a jeweller if you need the strap adjusted otherwise you risk damaging the watch and I highly doubt they will refund you. Lots of other reviews saying the same issue, just wish I had read them before I fell into the same mistake.

Good quality watch for the price paid and looks a lot more expensive.Downside is the tool used for taking out the links, this was not of great quality and broke after taking one pin out, thankfully we have another spare. Watch itself however, great condition.

I changed the battery after 10 months and the band broke on the watch not lose the watch for now, not knowing the trouble to expect to contact the supplier for this issue.

The clasp on the watch comes undone too easily..

Bought for grandson for Christmas he liked it that's all that matters
