Did not ship CANTEX brand
I specifically purchased this item because it is labeled and described as CANTEX brand. Item actually shipped was rectangular in shape and not CANTEX brand. I purchased on two separate occasions thinking it was an accident but both items shipped were not CANTEX brand. Called the customer service number on the packing slip and you would have thought I was inquiring about a pink golf cart. The only positive experience is that refunds have been issued while not having to return the incorrect items. Ended up purchasing correct CANTEX item on eBay.
