I bought this to adapt my battery-powered cordless XboX 360 controller to non-battery powered due to finicky rechargeable batteries that had a nasty habit of 'giving up the ghost' in a way that caused my game characters to get DEMOLISHED... Such awful timing. NO MORE! This cord provides plenty of power to keep the controller working for hours. I knew from the get-go that it wasn't going to provide a USB controller connection, of course, and that the controller is still 'technically wireless' control-wise, but it was worth it to me to not have to mess with batteries. That feature alone will save you money... Or at least a LOT of annoyance when things shut off at the absolute worst time. You know how it goes!

well not much to say just works as intended and good for the price!

I still have my old Xbox 360 and occasionally go back to it to play my old games. Unfortunately my one of my remotes the prong that contacts the battery broke. The other one a battery leaked in it. So the only way to play my old 360 was to buy new remotes or get a couple of these cords which was for me the cheaper option so now I can play my old 360 with no batteries. Only downside is I have to keep them plugged in which is fine with me.

It’s not charging my Xbox 360 controller battery pack, but for $6- it lets me use it as a wired controller- which is fine.

Works well and gets the job done, it had wistanded the many wrestling matches with my gf and I couldn't be happier

Without instructions i had to come back to the purchase ad i made here on Amazon and read the ad for it to see if i was missing something..No green or red light or anything to let me know the status of whats going on..i plugged it in as to what i understand your supposed to do and as i am plugging it in a green light flashes for fraction of a second then it goes dark..i assumed it the little light would tell me if it was charging and if its red then i assume it doing its thing then when it turns green it should be ready charged...at least thats what i understand it should do..Well it does nothing...so case closed..its not working for me..Am glad i didn't spend much and to me it isn't worth the time even sending back because it was cheap enough it would cost more in gas and time than the price i paid..No thanks..not ordering another
