In reality, the item is bulky and makes a noise. When I tried to return it, I found out it was not returnable! They never mentioned it on the web page with the item description. I had to experience stress trying to get my refund.Being an Amazon customer since 2012, I feel great disappointment.

I'm a 33" jean size and the XS is a great size. Although if you want to double up you diaper you would have to go up a size I think as a single diaper there is a perfect fit.

These pants brought my family member from sopping wet to sometimes a little damp in the morning. We love them! They have definitely contributed to a much better quality of life for her (and us)! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Not sure how this is helpful…it's enormous and I'm told the elastic is quite painful. Very bulky. I guess the people on here who use it for role-play like it? For actual use, though, it's a mess.
