There were multiple kits available throughout the Internet and I wasn’t gonna buy the cheapest thing out there but I also wasn’t going to drop three figures on it. This looks like it was in perfect value for the price.It installed easily and worked great….for two weeks. Now, it doesn’t turn off. When you hit off on the remote or the off switch, the lights just turn green. Also, all shades of red are gone.I have contacted the company and have received no response. Their phone number just plays music and their website has the good old 404 message.I wish you all luck with this product. I was very pleased with it at first….now I get to take it all apart.

As always with underglow, installation means a lot. This brand hasn't let us down yet and we've installed dozens of kits. 5 stars. Great, solid kit.

Had mine professionally installed. Worked fine with no LEDs out, for 2 weeks. Maybe only used it 7-8 times. All the colors on the remote didn't seem to display correctly either until you raised or lowered the brightness. Now it doesn't respond to the remote at all. The remote button lights up to button push inputs but the lights don't respond now. Will have to take it back to the shop and spend more money to have it troubleshot. Haven't contacted the company yet nor reported for failure. Based on other reviews, I don't feel very confident in being successful in either. At this time I definitely do NOT recommend buying from this company. Kicking myself for not reading reviews prior to purchase, as I usually do. Will update if successful troubleshooting or replacement.

I have purchased multiple light kits from Amazon and have installed them onto motorcycles and cars. This was by far the best made and brightest of them all. Comes with enough length to place the lights under all four sides of the undercarriage. Definetly worth the money. I would buy it again.

The installation is easy and it worked for a while. After 3 months the right side led stopped changing color with the rest of the strips and just stayed white. I checked the connection with a multimeter and one of the connections went bad. The connections are weather sealed so it doesnt get into contact with debris or water but I guess mine shorted out somehow even though I screwed it on there snug. This is a good price for underglow but I'm pretty disappointed that it didnt last that long for me.

EDIT: Xprite sent a new controll box and all is good! Excellent customer service.These were good until the controller/reciever box quit working. Tried changing controller battery, and I still am unable to change the colors. I'd recommend getting a higher quality receiver box. As far as the LED strips go, they are pretty decent.

I’ve bought this 2 times now and both have broke. When ever I turn the lights off a color will stay on constantly. Lights are very nice but have broke twice on me now.

This is the second Led underglow kit I've purchased from this seller for another car of mine. Product has so many customizable features and the led's are bright! Used the kit for a little while when at no fault of the seller, one of the strips started to work intermittently. I reached out to the seller and in very short time, they sent me a replacement with no hassles. The first kit works flawlessly and just so happened that one strip in the second kit decided to not work once in awhile.Definitely recommend this product and this seller!!

These lights are awesome! I had one little hitch with one of the light strips not functioning correctly. However, after contacting Xprite, Melissa there comfirmed the faulty strip and sent me another straight away. Super helpful and prompt with their service even through this COVID period.Now that I have the lights installed they are amazing. Very bright and easy to use. Took some finesse with the supplied zip ties to keep everything tucked away from possible damage but nothing requiring too much skill. Definitely would recommend these to anyone.

The media could not be loaded.  I had just finished taping it up to test how well it would show where i placed them. When i connected it to the battery, i noticed that one of the strips wasnt turning on. I tried flipping the colours around and it just continuously got more messed up. The rest of the kit is working fine, but this strip doesnt work at all. It tested it before i started taping it up and it seemed to work fine. Not sure what happened because i didnt drop it, i didnt pinch any of the wires or anything. It just stopped working properly which is very frustrating. Then i clicked the link for the customer support website, and it appears to be taken down.UPDATE: as a result of my 1 star review they offered to send a new kit. I originally purchased the $108 kit which broke before i could even install it. And the way they fix the situation is by sending me the much more cheaply made $59 kit the light strips are much shorter, the wiring is laid out far worse, and the connectors are questionable at best. Definitely dont buy either of these kits, and DO NOT buy the $59 kit from them this is a joke

Les fils ne sont pas très robustes et peuvent être affectés par la chaleur ou le froids, il est conseillé de les passer dans des gaines pour allonger la durée de vie. Je l'ai installé moi-même, pas trop facile mais ce n'est pas difficile non plus. C'est un très bon produit, je le recommande (Installé sur Ford Fiesta SE 2016.

Great lights, except it was pretty disappointing to instal them, and turn them on for the first time to find 3 of the lights on one of the long strips are broken.No damage occured during instal, they were defective out of the package.Other than that, they're good so far. I guess I'll see how long they last...
