Paid £120 to have it fitted. Winding mechanism was faulty and jammed intermittently, Cost £40 to have it taken down the next day. Seller still ignoring emails for return and Amazon are now involved but 1 week delay in A-Z claim against seller has now changed to 2-3 weeks and then 4-6 weeks the following day after I spoke to them and they assured me the decision would only take a few days more. I did not complain of the delay until 2 weeks after the request to escalate the refund to an A-Z claim. Lots of problems contacting seller and Amazon.
