The chairs look and feel of good quality. Assembly was a breeze since the manufacturer supplied a special tool to help with the allen wrench required to assemble, without that tool I can see how difficult and frustrating it would be to assemble. I'm a heavy set guy and I can tell you these chairs are comfortable and strudy. I would o like advise the buyer to look into weather proofing the wood since ours looked like it wasn't treated well enough. Worth the money and definitely recommend it.

Set is very nice and the table is beautiful! The chairs were, as others said, a bit tricky to put together. There should be washers to go with each screw, don't over tighten! Some of the holes don't line up perfectly but easily corrected if you have even a bit of a do-it-yourself notion. Very comfortable once the chairs are assembled. My husband is 250+ and he fits nicely in the chair. Im hoping they hold up well in the South Carolina sun!

Due to COVID, there were a lot of delays and we were not able to put it together the set until June!😳The set was very sturdy AND gorgeous! We were missing three left arms for our chairs and had three extra right arms. I wrote to the company and they IMMEDIATELY wrote me back. They sent me replacement chairs within a week...NOW THAT IS UNBELIEVABLE AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!😊I can't imagine better service than that! Absolutely the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased. Pros it looks great and some what comfortable. The table was easy to put together followed all directions not to tighten up the screws until it’s all together. Worked great. Cons once I started to put the chairs together I followed all the directions every single chair would not sit flat on any surface no matter what I did. I worked on the chairs for countless hours to try to get them to sit level no matter what I tried not even 1 chair would sit level.I would of sent it back but my wife decided to try to put it together herself and through the boxes out. I would never by another piece of furniture online again.

Update: I hired someone who assembles furniture for a living. It took him 2.5 hours to assemble the table and the remaining 5 chairs.These chairs are pretty comfortable if you can ever get them together. It’s a 20-minute ordeal to get each screw started, because the holes simply do not line up. You need two people, so one person can push on one piece while the other person is pulling on the other side and one of you tries to get the screw to go in. Give yourself plenty of room to work, because you’ll need to be flipping the pieces of the chairs all around. I got some of the screws started with the chair upside down, others it had to be on its side. The holes do not align, plus the weave sometimes gets in the way and you have to somehow pull that out-of-the-way while you’re trying to get the screw to go in.I have not started to try to put the table together yet.

Item arrived in 3 boxes over two days. I'd say it's pretty easy to assemble-took about 2 hours for 6 chairs and the table. Appears very sturdy. Overall very happy with set so far.

I do NOT recommend this product.First issue was that one of the table frame pieces had a horrible welding job making the part unusable. Got ahold of customer support and they sent a replacement - however it was for a different table or a different variant. They initially insisted that it was the correct part even after I sent photos comparing the original with the replacement. They asked that I still attempt to assemble the table and I sent even more pictures (along with pictures of their instructions) showing that the replacement part was not correct. They then asked me to send a picture of the SKU on the original shipping box - apparently they had no idea what they sent me. Said they had no replacement parts available for 2-3 months. I said I would be returning all 3 boxes and they ended up sending me a replacement box for the entire table - just for the one part I needed. So on the flip side, we now have a bunch of replacement parts - including the table tops and extra chair cushions.Most of the parts had small amounts of rust/chipped paint that had to be sanded down and repainted/sealed (easier than reboxing and returning). This was on both the table frame and chairs.Putting the table together wasn't difficult. However, the chairs were extremely difficult to assemble as most of the bolt holes were not sufficiently aligned. It was a massive struggle to assemble the chairs trying to force the parts to line up in order to bolt them together. In the end, several bolts were not able to be 100% tightened down due to the misalignments and one of the "pre-drilled/threaded" holes was completely FUBAR'ed as it completely stripped the threading off of the bolt so that it was nice and smooth.Overall, rather piss-poor construction.The chair cushions are rather thin and so not very comfortable.

Nice outdoor dining and card table set... But, should a brown-colored set have a price of $200? more than the same set in black?

I really like this set. It was a bit of a pain to put together as others said but once it's finished it looks great. Make sure that when assembling the chairs only tighten the screws 50% until the very end. Then tighten them all. Overall the hassle of assembling this was worth it for me especially given the price.

I really like this table and chair set. The acacia wood top and arm rests match our bistro table of the same wood exactly; HOWEVER, the machined screw holes are so poorly lined up that it took my husband and I nearly two days to put the chairs together. One just should NOT have to go through the nine basic ballet movements to line holes up in order to get the screws to catch and go in properly. We were not impressed!!

I agree, assembly is challenging but doable, i had to tap couple of bolt holes for alignment, but overall I am happy with my purchase. 😊

This set is perfect for my back yard. It does take quite awhile to set up. And I wish the cushions were not white, or at the very least water proofed. Unfortunately I needed to buy a cover for them. Pay attention to the measurements because the chairs aren’t as roomy as I had hoped. If your a bit bigger it’s a tight squeeze!
