a very happy 7 year old - favourite toy this Christmas

Envio rapido y precio correcto pero el muñeco no llego en perfecto estado, una de sus alas esta un poco torcida y alguna funcion en mal estado.

As anyone who has researched interactive dinosaur toys knows, they can be quite expensive. As of the date I am writing this review, this toy has been around 15 dollars on Amazon for at least the last few months. For the size of the toy, and what it can do, this is a GREAT value. It bites, it screeches, it "spits" venom, but my favorite, it purrs when petted on the head or under the chin. In my mind, it is the purring that lets children connect with it more as a pet.To get the full range of activity, one needs to know that there is a switch and there are three positions on the switch. The "off" position is the middle position of the switch. One activity position is pre-set on the toy in the box, so people can "test" the animal while it is still in the box--obviously used most when the toy is sold in retail locations. However, to get ALL the functionality, one must push past this position, past the off position, and then to the other position on the opposite side of "Off".The other advantage that this toy has is that one can carry it on one's arm, similar to how someone would carry a falcon. This allows the holder of the toy to show it off, and be able to easily activate the additional button on the tail to get the toy to snap at someone who gets too close.What ages does this appeal to? Well, this was bought for my 5 year old nephew for his B-day, and he absolutely loved it as well as his friends. His two and a half year old brother quickly snapped it up every time his brother stopped playing with it. The only way I could get it away from the two year old was by telling him it had to take a nap, and then put it in the bedroom.Great fun, great value. The only other interactive dinosaur toys you can get for the 15 dollar range are much smaller and have less functionality.

Dieses Geschenk stellte alle anderen Geburtstagsgeschenke in den Schatten. Trotz Plastik ist die Verarbeitung enorm stabil und kann ordentlich was aushalten. Da der Dino ein frecher Zeitgenosse ist, reagieren kleine Jungs schon mal über und wollen dem Dino zeigen, wer hier der Boss ist. Aber das macht dem Urzeittier gar nichts aus. Im Gegenteil...Kaufen und über leuchtende Kinderaugen freuen :)

Item would not work. The batteries were old and and had leaked battery acid into the toy. The toy would not work after new battery's were put in. Daughter was upset when it would not work for Christmas.
