Initially The regulator can be turned on only for few seconds. After that, it can be closed on the cylinder. The gas collected in the pipe would be Sufficient to heat the iron box by lightning it only after closing the cylinder's regulator(need to open the valve on the iron box). Thus, when the gas in the pipe is used up, close the temperature valve on the iron box and again open the cylinder's regulator knob only for few seconds and close once you see the gas is collected in the pipe. Then, slightly turn on the valve on the iron box and light it with the gas lighter. You can place your hand next to the place given for lighting the flame to see whether it is heating or not, I mean, the flame is working or not(You can hear the sound of the burning flame as well). You can touch and see the desired heat in the pressing area. The iron box is heavy and cannot be placed vertically. It has to be kept horizontally at all times on a thick-flat stone (the way they do with coal iron box). Don't touch the metal part of the iron box after it is heated, it is very hot. So, use only the handle to move the iron box and don't place the iron box on wood or any other stuff which would catch fire because, the iron box takes a lot of time to cool.
