Stand Mixer, Vospeed Food Mixer Dough Blender, 6.2L Electric Cake Mixer with Bowl, Beater, Hook, Whisk, Egg Separator & Silicone Spatula, Dishwasher Safe (Silver)

I’ve been using this mixer for 9 months on a daily basis, I run my own cake business from home and this mixer to so fit for purpose, I use this most days to mix cake mix and to make buttercream and it doesn’t buckle under the pressure. The speed is good with 6 speeds, it’s heavy duty with suckers on the bottom to hold against the worktop. Things I don’t like about this mixer are the splash guard is the splash guard is held by grippers on the side and they are not strong enough to hold on, it constantly keeps falling off so most of the time I don’t use it, You do have to keep scraping down the sides every 20 seconds or so to make sure all the mix is mixed, don’t expect to put this on and everything in the bowl is ixed without you having to scrap down. I’ve had many mixers over the years and I’ve always had to do this so it’s not a problem for me. It does mix well once all the dry and wet ingredients are incorporated but if you are mixing a lot of mix ( I usually mix between 1kg and 2kg of dry mix) it does get up into the top of he mixing tool even though there is a silicone guard. Saying all this the mixer was value for money and it does what I need it to do without paying for a more expensive mixer on the market which I refuse to do. Would I buy it agin ? Yes I would even with it’s few niggles

After looking at lots of stand mixers and not wanting to fork out for a kitchenaid I decided on this! I've been using it for 5 months and it's still working well for me, good power, large bowl and decent suction cups underneath. I'm a pretty frequent baker with a tendency to make things like bread, cakes, meringues and biscuits. I've been able to make everything I need to in it with no issues but I think it would struggle to cope with thick, dense heavy doughs or less dense doughs in large amounts (though copes well with family sized bakes) in which case it is louder and moving around a bit.. almost begging for no more (haha!) but considering its body is plastic and weighing considerably less than one made with metal I think it's to be expected! It's something I can live with though its a good price for such a great stand mixer and I would definitely recommend it.

Fantastic Item and would recommend this. The only fault is that it dose not reach the bottom of the bowl when mixing or dough making.

Very good value for money, great quality, runs quietly, looks really lovely and goes with the rest of my kitchen equipment. The 6 speed are great.

5 years ago I wanted to make bread. Initially I tried kneading the dough by hand with very mixed results - sometimes the dough would rise, other times I baked a brick. This mixer gives consistent results every time and I have been baking a loaf a week since December 2020 . At first I was suspicious as it made quite a noise and seemed to be struggling with the dough, grunting and shaking as it turned; if it wasn't for the rubber sucker feet the machine would probably wander off the counter. I had expected the 'stainless steel' bowl to eventually show signs of rust but to my pleasant surprise, after 5 years, it is spotless and really easy to clean, and dries in a few minutes on the rack. Seems that it really is stainless steel ! I have also made meringues with success as the wire beater on high speed is highly effective. I read one review saying their butter and icing mix remained on the bottom of bowl untouched by the beater. I have found that a few interventions with a silicone spatula, to get the mix spread around a bit, does the trick (incidentally the silicone spatula is great for getting every last gram of mix out of the bowl - much to the chagrin of grandchildren !). The price has not increased in 5 years which is impressive (actually it's now £2 less than what I paid). All in all it is highly recommended.

Compré esta batidora amasadora Vospeed de 1500W y la verdad es que me ha sorprendido bastante para bien. Tiene mucha potencia, lo que se nota sobre todo al hacer masas más densas como pan o masa de pizza, ya que no se queda corta ni se atasca. El bol de acero inoxidable de 6,2L es bastante amplio, perfecto si haces recetas en cantidad o para varias personas. Además, incluye diferentes varillas (batidor, amasador y mezclador), lo que la hace muy versátil para repostería en general. En cuanto al diseño, me encanta el color rojo, se ve moderna y bonita en la cocina. También es bastante estable gracias a las ventosas, así que no se mueve mientras está en funcionamiento. Como punto a mejorar, hace algo de ruido cuando está a máxima potencia, pero es algo normal en este tipo de máquinas. En general, la recomiendo mucho si buscas una amasadora potente y completa a buen precio. Ideal tanto para principiantes como para quienes ya hacen repostería con frecuencia.

I got easily fooled by the nice description it has, however it has some serious issues: 1) it transfers way too much heat to the dough when making products like french brioche or anything that has more ingredients. I started my dough at 22 and I finished at 31 degrees and of course this caused issues in the dough wrapping around the hook, where temperature should be around 26 degrees. Moreover, it looses grease from the hook/shield that might go directly into the dough, that’s unacceptable. Edit: the hook literally crumbled at low speed without an heavy load.
