I bought this for locksport and I have to say it is extremely frustrating to pick. Which is probably a good thing for most buyers! It has a nice finish and is difficult to pick open. 5 stars!

Locksport fam, good people, great customer service. They even custom engraved my lock for basically pennies extra. A very secure and well made lock by most standards.

I ordered 2 of these as challenge locks. I haven't yet been able to pick them but they are nice quality.

Anyone who has watched the Lock Picking Lawyer on YouTube knows that Paclock makes good products, and that they're engaged with and responsive to their customers. Because of that, I bought several of these in the standard size.When I wanted to get some of this model of lock (90A-Pro, keyed alike) with a longer shackle (2"), I called them. They told me to place the order on Amazon, then give them the order number, so that they could adjust it in their system. I did. Unfortunately, the locks that were delivered had the standard shackle length.I called back to their customer service line and (as before) very quickly got a live, pleasant, helpful person, who apologized for the error, and gave me two options: Paclock could provide a longer shackle and I could install it, or they could mail me two new locks with the appropriate length shackle. I have some ability with a screwdriver, but I'm not confident taking locks apart, and don't have the tiny screwdrivers needed for the set screws. I asked them if they would mind making the shackle length an extra 1/2" longer, which they graciously agreed to do.A few days later, I had my 2 new (and longer!) keyed-alike 90A-Pro locks. They're perfect!I know a lot of companies get bad reviews because people are more likely to complain than praise on a public forum, and unfortunately that leads to the impression that nobody has quality products or service anymore. Paclock excels at both quality and service. If you want great locks and great service, buy from Paclock.

The media could not be loaded. Well made, easy to disassemble. Not an easy lock to pick or rake quickly. Terrible feedback and crunchy pin movement. Core has a little bit of play within the padlock, which adds to the sloppy feel. I can open mine easily in under a minute, but that’s only because I’ve been practicing on this lock for a couple weeks and have memorized the binding order. I would use this as a gym locker lock and feel pretty confident about it. Ultimately if someone wants in, they’ll just cut it, but if someone relatively unskilled were raking and bypassing locks quietly, they’d probably end up skipping this one with how long it would take them to defeat it. I both love and hate this padlock, and will probably buy more Paclock products in the future. Good stuff.

All the boxes checked for a well built secure lock. Most locks have 4-6 pins, this lock has 7. Few locks on the market have 7 pins. Pick resistant and bump key resistant since this lock is also loaded with security pins. Hardened shackle provides cut resistance equal to or better than most locks. Great fit/finish and smooth operation illustrate the attention to detail.Choose the 90A Pro if you are looking for the most pick resistant lock in this size format.

I bought this lock for two reasons, the seven pin cylinder and it's purple. The purple is great, the seven pin cylinder, not so much. The pinning. Of the seven pins, this is how they go. (I used a Weiser gauge so Paclock's number may be different) 6,7,8,8,6,6,8. REALLY?? You could rake this lock in two seconds. Also, the tolerances in the machining is quite lax which makes for sloppy function. The first time I opened the lock, I had to fight to key the key back out and then work it for several minutes to keep it from jamming. And there is only one key. Why not two or more like every other lock in the world.UPDATE - I tore the lock down and the cylinder is quite nice and the overall build is good. After some excessive in-and-out with the key, it's much smoother now. It still looses one star for the pinning and single key.

Too many buglers with lock picks! These are most difficult to defeat and have my building much more secure! A must for today’s lawless.

Look is very well built and finished, very secure 7 pin core. Family-owned business and made in USA. Highly recommended, don't waste your time with MasterLocks, buy this instead.
