I'm a aircraft mechanic. These filter media's are what's on corporate learjet 60xrs and cessna citations. If they trust these media's so do I! Granted those filters are about 100x more expensive lol. these are like mini works of fine mesh art and I'm proud to put this on my motorcycle. I have a ultrasonic cleaner I will clean these with saving me money as well. Thank you to the mfgr!

I'm using this filter in my 1997 Honda XR400R. I've been using the disposable paper filters for years, this is the first washable stainless mesh filter I've used. It drops right in, and in fact it fits better than the stock ones! The little rubber seal that fits the filter cover is tight on the cover and holds the filter in place while you install it and the cover onto the engine. The stock filters are loose on the cover, and you have to kind of fumble around to get it in place then the spring behind the filter keeps it pressed tight against the cover. They work, but nowhere near as quick and simple as this new stainless one! Filters are cheap, and I don't mind buying new ones for each oil change, but just knowing I don't have to order one ahead of time and wait for it to arrive is a big plus! I can get oil locally and do a change any time, simple washing this filter and putting it back in the bike. The filter seems like it's made well, the machined aluminum ends look nice. I've been on one ride so far after installing this filter, but so far I haven't noticed any changes in the way the engine runs, sounds, temps, etc. That's a good thing, this old XR has been rock solid for nearly 25 years, so if it keeps running the same way I'm happy! lol I have a 1986 XR600R that uses the same filters, I will probably pick up another one of these the next time I do an oil change on that bike.

I gave 3 stars because the seal broke as i install the filter...glad i had an old seal....

Well made but does not fit the bike I bought it for - 2014 KFX450R. The inlet is way too small. The filter that fits my machine to cross reference is a Hiflo HF112

Perfect fit for 2015 Kawasaki Z125 Pro. The filter's O-ring that goes toward the engine during install was a little snug, but a firm hand-held pressure was applied and then the filter slid right into place.

Fits to our ATV than you so much.
