Tastes ok, but too sloppy compared to other brands and with no resealable lid no storing it inverted which is always best for cottage cheese once opened

This is rather dull and boring cottage cheese that's just not pleasant enough to recommend. It's lacklustre. I think there's a weird attitude toward cottage cheese now to try and reduce fat as much as possible. Except fat is part of the flavour and cottage cheese is inherently low fat and high protein anyway so it's not really worth doing IMNSHO. Oh well, it was edible and hadn't gone off or anything but it also isn't something I'd buy again from this source.

I was skeptical about buying an amazon branded food product. However this cottage cheese is surprisingly creamy considering its fat free. Protein content slightly lower than most though.
