Great product, but plan your dosage in advance.
I would have given this product a 5 star review if it wasn't for the diarrhea you're guaranteed to have an hour... hour 1/2 after taking. Truly plan your dosage with this in mind. On a positive not, I started noticing a significant change in energy and appetite after the 1st dose.
