Karlie Wonderland Bogie Wheel for Hamster, 29 cm

Der erste Hamster, die Anfängerfehler. Nachdem ich zuerst ein viel zu kleines Laufrad hatte (wurde in der Zoohandlung falsch beraten) kaufte ich nun ein größeres, Gold-Hanster Größen komformes Rad.Bei den Bewertungen sollte man meinen, man kauft hier tatsächlich etwas Gutes - Fehlanzeige!!!Mal abgesehen davon, dass das Teil eiert wie sonstwas und billigst verarbeitet ist.Hatte meinem Goldhamster das Rad angeboten und sie für 1-2 Stunden im Auge behalten, nach etwa 20-30 Minuten fing sie auch an darin zu laufen, ich war glücklich der Meinung, meinem bewegungsfreudigen Haustier zusätzlich zum Auslauf etwas bieten zu können.Am nächsten Morgen dann das grauenvolle Erwachen *siehe Foto* - das Hamsterrad blutig, der Hamster lethargisch in einem Eck verkrochen mit aufgeschundenen Füßen von dem scheiß Material!!!

Habe das Hamsterrad am 10.07 bekommen und dann gleich reingestellt, am nächsten Tag sah das Rad dann so aus wie auf den Bild, alles voller Blut. 🤔😭😭Hat sich im Rad verletzt.

Bought 6 months ago and read the reviews so knew to protect the wood with a non-toxic varnish. It worked well and is wipable, though my hamster tends not to use it as her toilet anyway. It looks better than a plastic wheel and the size it great to avoid hurting your hamster's back.However, similar to some other reviews on here, I have today noticed the wheel has blood prints on it, indicating my hamster's feet were splintered and bleeding. I will wipe down and add some more layers of non-toxic varnish to really smooth the top - it may be that after 6 months of use that the varnish was wearing off - but it really is not acceptable that this is a fairly regular occurance with owners of this wheel. In my opinion these should be sold for immediate use (i.e. ready-varnished). Users should not have to do extra work to stop this product injuring their hamsters.

Hamsterrad beantragen, da sich unser Hamster aufgrund von ihrem nicht nachhaltigen Produkt bösartig verletzt hat und wir dieses Produkt unserem Hamster nicht weiter zumuten können. I loved the look of the wheel and I purchased a small one for a dwarf hamster. She used the wheel fine, however, after she had done a wee in it, it absolutely stank! I had a pet cleaner spray but it is coloured green and has completely stained it green, and didn’t get rid of the smell. I washed it in a bowl with some washing up liquid and now it is completely ruined. The outside of the wheel is all lifting off and whatever sort of glue is on the inside has gone all to mush and powder-like. I do wish they came already varnished with pet safe varnish. This one lasted a week and will now be binned. I’ve now got a plastic one that can be washed easily. Don’t waste your money if you don’t like the constant smell of hamster pee!
