This is hard to fill and too big to hold and the water empties before being able to get around the whole mouth! The directions don’t tell you that you have to pull it apart to fill it and then it’s difficult to separate the parts without pulling it apart completely.

Battery died after 5 months of regular use

My 15 yr old daughter has braces and she would struggle to floss ,her hygienist suggested a water flosser and I looked into different brands and I came up with this one. My daughter loved it on her first use and she said it gives her fresh breath and the cleanest feeling,she now flosses 3x a day and enjoys the process. I’m so happy with the purchase and she loves

Holds enough water for like one tooth…and hard to turn on/off…just a bad product….didn’t they test it before putting on the market? Gave an extra star for the nice packaging but choose something else..

Bought it based on recommendation from dentist hygienist. I’m couldn’t return it since bought it straight from the product website.- Small water tank, you will run out of water very quick- Very hard to refill- USB C plug cap is loose and eventually the system will fail due to water damage- Hard to keep the product clean

I got this on Today's steals and Deals so it can't be returned but I wanted to write a review. I agree with others that it's difficult to use. Directions are vague and fail to mention that you have to pull it apart to fill, which is almost impossible with arthritic hands, so I've ordered another brand. Also disappointing that there's nothing to store the tips in.

Pro: seems to work well. My teeth feel clean after done (I floss before brushing). Effective with crowns and bridges & permanent retainer. Comes with 4 different tipsCon: messy (but I don’t know of a water glosser that’s not ). Wish the tips were sold differently. Not sure tue regular tip will be as effective on crowns and my bridge. Would like more guidance on that.Please so far. We’ll see what my dentist says at my next check up!

Where to begin with all that is wrong with this…. Takes 2 fills to do entire mouth, 3 if you want to clean your tongue too. Must extend cylinder to fill and this makes it too big to fit under bathroom faucet so you must go back & forth to kitchen sink or fiddle with a cup to fill. You need to use some serious muscle to extend the cylinder & then it pulls apart so you have to carefully put it back together. Cylinder closes as you use it, which means you have to hold the lower section while in use or it will pinch you. Finally it only does an okay job of “flossing”. This is a huge disappointment especially for the price.
