Odd Smell
It smells like whiskey/Jack Daniels/Bailey's or something. Weird, not really that I want to smell like. Have just used the shampoo and conditioner - same smell for both - and hair still wet, feels nicely conditioned so far.

Product fine - packaging is a nightmare!
I bought this product because I hadn't seen it before and I'm always after something new to try. Product doesn't really feel different from anything else but the bottle does! I find it impossible to squeeze any product out of the rock hard plastic bottle. I have no problems with my hands but even trying to use both (not easy when trying to get the product into one hand at the same time), I cannot get anything out of the bottle. The only way I have managed to use this is by unscrewing the lid because I certainly can't get anything out of the nozzle. Won't be buying again simply because of the packaging.
