Harry Potter Hogwarts Collegiate Backpack

This backpack is great. I can’t say anything negative about it. It held up beautifully last year, and is in use again this school year. While I realize 3rd graders don’t have a lot of ridiculously heavy books, I can attest to the fact that my then 8 year old is not easy on backpacks. Being in Florida, we had a full school year, and it made it through unscathed. The design is great, the screen print stayed on fine, and the embroidered part was well done. 2 large pockets and 3 smaller ones is awesome for the price, and the use. I read a few negative reviews, but we have had absolutely no issues. We plan on a new backpack each year, because it’s fun for him, and also because most just don’t last. We should get another year out of this one, and he’s absolutely fine with that. The one thing I wish it had was water bottle holders on the sides, but I knew when I bought it that it didn’t, so it’s not a deal breaker by any means. Best backpack he’s had yet.Edit: Here we are, nearing the end of fifth grade, and the backpack is still being put to use every day. If it weren’t for one of his classmates stomping into it while open, right where the zipper is at the bottom of its “V”, it would still be perfect. He did it just right so the zipper tore off at the bottom, but we got it back on, put a safety pin as a stopper at the bottom, and it works fine. Seriously impressed by this backpack.

You can use this backpack for anything! Good quality material.

My son loves his new Hogwarts backpack! He is currently using it for 4th grade and it can withstand the weight of heavy books! This is very well-made with plenty of zippered compartments and a stylish exterior. Even the straps look as though they will hold up for quite a while. We recently took a trip to a theme park where we were considering a different backpack they had for sale there for almost twice the price of this one and after seeing this backpack, they do not compare! The one at the theme park was smaller, only had 2 zippered compartments and was made from very thin material. We are soooo happy we did not go with that one! You will truly enjoy using this for school or recreation! Highly recommended!

My son is a huge Harry Potter fan and he loves the color black - this was the perfect backpack. Lots of pockets. Very roomy. It’s new so cannot speak to sturdiness or durability yet.

I bought this backpack for school (I'm in college) and for an upcoming Universal trip to Universal Hollywood. This backpack is nearly perfect. It features two compartments big enough for the standard binder and books, and another for your pens/pencils. I docked off a a star only because I think the backpack itself could use more padding. Other than that, I love the design! It's subtle Harry Potter, which I like. I switched the side tag that says "if found, return to Hogwarts". I found that adorable, but I wanted to show off my Slytherin pride so I switched it out for a Slytherin key chain that can be bought at Hot Topic. I also added a Slytherin hair bow, also from hot topic, to the back strap for some extra flair; and now I'm just waiting for the start of term to use it!

Got this for my 10 year old Harry Potter fan. She loves it. Been using it for the last 2 months. It is holding up really well. Still looks new and none of my kids have ever been gentle with their backpacks. We also love that there are tons of pockets and lots of room .

I really love this backpack. It seems to be very good quality and can hold a lot of stuff. If anything, it's a little too big for my purposes. The height and width are perfect, but since I'm only using this to carry my laptop and one or two other things, the depth is a little much. However, it would have been perfect size if I was still in school and had to carry multiple books/binders.

Best backpack purchase ever... This backpack fits all of my daughters 6th grade school supplies in there. There are 2 big pockets at the back for folders,books, ect.... Also there is a small pouch on the top that can hold a small Harry Potter book. And the 2 pockets at the front can carry anything form an agenda to a phone or keys. My daughter loves it. But the material isn't amazing but it is pretty thick.

Kid has used it now for a week and seems to be a good quality backpack. Lots of storage, quality zipper and well padded straps
