Early April 2021 - We have lost both of our pussy cats in the last 9 months due to old age, the last one just a few weeks ago and wanted a little memorial plaque for a garden area we have set aside for them. Saw this at the extremely reasonable price and decided to 'go for it'. Having gone through the customisation process I wasn't 100% sure that what we had requested would fit on the plaque and also I ideally wanted it 'extremely quickly'. I am delighted to say that after sending a quick message following placement of my order I was contacted the very next day to advise not only that all fitted OK but the plaque would be in the post and arrive ahead of schedule and in time for hubby's birthday (a little surprise for him as we had talked about getting a plaque for a few days beforehand!) We had extremely brilliant customer service and I would highly recommend this seller!!!! Plaque was exactly as described! Thank You!!!

I had this made to hang on a tree we had planted for mum and dad in a new forest burial ground. It just made the tree a bit special and I love it.

My daughter loved the plaque for her new summer house. Very authentic looking with the rope to hang. Liked the option of font for your chosen message. Much nicer than the plastic ones available elsewhere. Delivery and price were also very good. Might order one for my own summer house.

This was a plaque to go near a little garden in memory of our lovely cat that died recently. Within a couple of weeks the plaque had deteriorated and was illegible (see picture). There were no instructions included with the plaque stating you need to varnish it yourself to protect it from the elements. We have since ordered a plaque from another supplier which has come pre-treated and is much better quality than this one for the same money. Yes, the supplier has offered to replace it if we post it back to them but surely if so many of these plaques are being sold pre-varnishing before they are sent out would be a good move on behalf of the seller.
