Speedball 4370 Red Baron 12 in. x 12 in. Gray Linoleum Block Unmounted

This is my favorite linoleum to carve. It did not seem crumbly at all to me like some said. It is rigid enough to make small details and easy to make clean lines. I love that it doesn't have any backing aside from the burlap. I do recommend letting it dry after washing paint off, and then storing underneath heavy books to keep it flat as it will warp over time.

I would most definitely buy this lino block again. The value for the money was great. I love Speedball printing products!

Oh made such a big mistake. It’s almost impossible to carve. It’s HARD. It’s thin. I don’t even how I can carve anything in it.

Affordable and easy to cut. Worked great for a class.

I can't work with these at all. The burlap-like material is scratchy and gives me splinters just handling it. It also has a strong odor of chemicals (VOCs?). I tried airing one out in my garage. Didn't work. I had to return them.
