Had an issue with this after 2 days. Contacted the company and they sent another unit out in exchange. Very good now. Does what it says on the box. Impressed with the companies responses. So fast and no quibble over issue. Will soon be looking again for a uvc and this will be first choice.

I already had power to the pond, so I only needed to cut into the filter box feed and install. I am an advanced level sceptic, but improved water quality was noticeable within 5 days. Now after 5 weeks it is fun clear. I have cleaned the filter alternate days which has needed to be done. The fish look very lively and happy now. Of course I couldn’t see them before.After several years of pea soup and money spent on other options I am immensely pleased. Worth the money.

recently purchased this UV filter for my 6ft square raised pond that was permanently green. in only 24hrs its seems to have made a difference in that the water is now brown and i'm sure its slightly clearer.my biggest bugbear is the power cable - there is no way its more than 1.5mtrs long whoch meant i have had to install a new electrical point.you will also need at leas 32mm internal dia hose to connect to it - i bought 25mm and it barely stayed on even with clips.photos added: before, day 1 and hose. will update when i hopefully have good news
